These terms govern your use of the Jeye app and website. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Acceptance of terms
By using Jeye you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the service under the supervision of a legal guardian, and that you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
The service
Jeye connects you with local restaurants and delivery drivers in the Bekaa region. Restaurants are responsible for preparing your food; Jeye coordinates the ordering and delivery experience.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase from the restaurant. Availability, prices, and preparation times are set by each restaurant and may change. Once a restaurant confirms your order, cancellation may not be possible.
Prices and payment
All prices and delivery fees are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made cash on delivery or through the payment methods available in the app.
Liability
Jeye works to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Jeye is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
